Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a technical solution: an intelligent water affair system for a marine oil field, comprising: the system comprises a water supply subsystem, a sewage treatment subsystem, a chemical agent subsystem, a reinjection water, an injection and production subsystem, a sensing system 1, a transmission system 2, a data center 3, an intelligent control system 4 and a service system 5 of a crude oil terminal treatment plant, wherein the sensing system 1 is arranged on each platform of the offshore oil field, the water supply subsystem, the sewage treatment subsystem, the chemical agent subsystem and the reinjection water and injection and production subsystem of the offshore oil field, the transmission system 2 is connected with the sensing system 1 and transmits data to the data center 3 in a mode of 4G, LORA, a local area network and a wireless network, the data center 3 is connected with the transmission system 2, the intelligent control system 4 is connected with the transmission system 2 and the data center 3, the service system 5 is connected with the data center 3, and the transmission system 2 is connected with the sensing system 1 through a protocol, the transmission system 2 is in one-way transmission, the data center 3 comprises a storage center, an expert database and a multimedia database, the sensing system 1 comprises a marine oil field water supply system, a sewage treatment system, a chemical agent, water quality data of all stages of processes in a reinjection water and injection and production subsystem, agent injection amount, key equipment parameters, video monitoring, acquisition of data of a tank positioning terminal and the like, the water supply subsystem comprises a ship fresh water system, a water source well water, a seawater treatment system, a seawater desalination treatment system and a crude oil terminal treatment plant water supply system, the sewage treatment subsystem comprises operation wastewater, marine oil field produced water, domestic sewage, filter backwashing water, collection and treatment of opening and closing sewage and sludge, the operation wastewater comprises waste drilling mud, acid washing back flowing liquid, well completion liquid, well workover liquid and well flushing liquid, the marine oil field produced water is from the types of operation modes such as self-blowing, water-driving, chemical driving, gas driving, thermal recovery and the like, the domestic sewage comprises a black water and grey water system, the chemical agent subsystem comprises a coagulant, a flocculant, a gas flotation agent, a filter aid, a corrosion inhibitor, an antiscaling agent, a bactericide, an acid, an alkali, an oxidant and the like, the reinjection water and injection and production subsystem comprises a reinjection water offshore flow, a sea pipe, a water injection well and an underground oil displacement flow, the reinjection water comprises water of chemical flooding, water flooding, thermal recovery and other types, and the data center 3 is provided with a data screening module for screening data from the transmission system, removing erroneous monitoring data and entering a data storage module; the expert system in the data center is a solution under various emergency conditions summarized according to the flow, equipment, water quality characteristics, medicament types and the like in the water supply, sewage treatment, chemical medicament and reinjection water subsystems of the marine oil field, and is continuously optimized in the system operation process.
The intelligent control system 4 comprises a control module, a simulation module, a diagnosis module and an early warning module, wherein the control module is used for calculating, judging and analyzing each part of the intelligent water affair system according to data of the transmission system by combining various simulation modules, making timely adjustment and reaction on equipment, processes and water quality, developing intelligent control in various subsystems, carrying out intelligent control on various operation wastewater and produced water in the wastewater treatment subsystem in the process from treatment to reinjection or discharge, and after calculating and analyzing the data of water quality of each stage from the transmission system, the intelligent control system timely adjusts the parameters of equipment and medicaments in the processes, so that unqualified wastewater can intelligently enter an accident tank and does not enter the next stage process, and the water quality of each stage is ensured to reach the standard; after parameters of all levels of equipment from a transmission system are calculated and analyzed, tank cleaning or backwashing operation is intelligently switched, data about pH, viscosity, density, main components and the like of a chemical agent are transmitted in a chemical agent subsystem through a data center, the injection amount and compatibility of the chemical agent are confirmed by combining simulation models of the chemical agent subsystem and a sewage subsystem, the situation that the chemical agent of different manufacturers is incompatible is prompted, and a control module stops injection and replaces a standby agent under the condition of serious incompatibility; the simulation module comprises a plurality of modules, wherein the waste drilling mud purification model simulates the waste drilling mud which is recycled and is subjected to gel breaking and deep purification treatment, and purified water is used for re-slurry preparation; the coagulation flocculation model refers to a simulated produced water primary treatment system, various sewage are subjected to the action of a coagulant and a flocculant and then are kept stand in a reactor, and separation of floating oil and solid suspended matters from water is realized; the gas flotation model refers to a simulated produced water secondary treatment system, and oil drops and solid suspended matters are further removed under the action of a flotation agent and micro bubbles; the filtration model simulates the processes of three-stage treatment of produced water, water source well water treatment, outer drainage activated carbon filtration treatment and the like to complete the advanced treatment process of sewage; the corrosion protection model is used for simulating the conditions of electrochemical reaction, erosion and the like of pipelines, equipment, valves and the like caused by the change of water quality and operation parameters in the operation process of different water qualities such as water source well water, seawater, operation wastewater, produced water, domestic sewage and the like in the pipelines and the equipment; the scale formation trend prediction model is used for simulating the prediction of the scale formation trend conditions of scale formation ions in pipelines, equipment, valves and the like by the changes of water quality and operation parameters in the operation process of the scale formation ions in pipelines and equipment such as water source well water, seawater, operation wastewater, produced water, domestic sewage and the like; the bacterial inhibition model refers to a method for simulating the growth conditions and inhibition of common bacteria in the oilfield sewage environment, such as iron bacteria, saprophytic bacteria, sulfate reducing bacteria and the like; the advanced oxidation model refers to a process for simulating the oxidation degradation COD treatment of the sewage after the physicochemical treatment stage of the sewage in the crude oil terminal treatment plant, and comprises Fenton oxidation, iron-carbon micro-electrolysis, ozone, electrocatalytic oxidation, photocatalytic oxidation and the like; the aeration tank model is used for simulating the activated sludge treatment process of sewage after the sewage physicochemical treatment section of the crude oil terminal treatment plant; the biomembrane model is used for simulating a biomembrane treatment process of sewage after a sewage physicochemical treatment stage of a crude oil terminal treatment plant; the reverse osmosis filtration model is a technological process for simulating a membrane method in a seawater desalination process; the multi-effect evaporation model refers to a technological process for simulating a thermal method in a seawater desalination process; the water injection model comprises a ground water injection model and an underground water injection model, wherein the ground water injection model is used for simulating the technological processes of reinjection water treatment, a water injection pump and a sea pipe, and the underground water injection model is used for simulating the technological processes of a water injection well and a water injection layer; the chemical agent model simulates the processes of preparation, mixing, injection, compatibility test and the like of various chemical agents in the chemical agent subsystem; various simulation models are dynamically optimized and updated in combination with data screened by the data center, and are continuously upgraded to change along with the changes of field water quality, flow and equipment; the diagnosis module judges the position, type and nature of the flow emergency by the expert network according to the data of the data center and the information of the expert database; the early warning module is used for calculating, judging and analyzing all parts of the intelligent water affair system by combining various simulation modules according to data of the transmission system, and pre-judging the position, type and property of the hidden danger of the process and equipment by combining an expert system; the equipment full life cycle management is to the key equipment of wisdom water affairs system: the system comprises a fresh water tank, a fresh water pump, a water source well, a seawater lifting pump, a seawater coarse filter, a deoxygenation tower, reverse osmosis membrane equipment, a centrifugal machine, an inclined plate oil remover, a gas flotation device, a hydrocyclone, a double-medium filter, a water injection buffer tank, a water injection pump, a water injection sea pipe, a water injection pump and the like, and is used for management in the design, construction, installation, debugging, operation maintenance and abandonment stages.
The information storage unit stores face images, fingerprints and the like of each operator, the user interface display unit compares the fingerprints and the faces with the stored fingerprints and images when the operators operate, the communication unit transmits the compared results, the access authority information management system receives the transmission results and then gives authority to the information processing terminal, the information processing terminal determines whether verification is successful in the last step, and the imaging device displays and images the image faces and the stored faces and displays the authority results.

1. An intelligent water affair system for a marine oil field, comprising: the water supply subsystem, the sewage treatment subsystem, chemical agent subsystem, reinjection water, notes production subsystem, perception system (1), transmission system (2), data center (3), intelligent control system (4) and service system (5), its characterized in that of each platform of ocean oil field, FPSO, drill ship and crude oil terminal processing factory: the sensing system (1) is arranged on each platform of the offshore oil field, FPSO, a drilling ship and a water supply subsystem, a sewage treatment subsystem, a chemical agent subsystem and a reinjection water and injection production subsystem of a crude oil terminal treatment plant, the transmission system (2) is connected with the sensing system (1) and transmits data to the data center (3) by adopting a mode of 4G, LORA, a local area network and a wireless network, the data center (3) is connected with the transmission system (2), the intelligent control system (4) is connected with the transmission system (2) and the data center (3), the transmission system (2) is connected with the perception system (1) through a protocol, the transmission system (2) is in one-way transmission, the service system (5) is connected with the data center (3), and the service system (5) comprises an equipment full life cycle management module, a system management module and a decision command module.
2. The intelligent marine oilfield water service system of claim 1, wherein: the sensing system (1) comprises the collection of water quality data, medicament injection amount, key equipment parameters, video monitoring, tank positioning terminals and the like of all stages of processes in a marine oil field water supply, sewage treatment, chemical medicaments, reinjection water and injection and production subsystem.
3. The intelligent marine oilfield water service system of claim 1, wherein: the water supply subsystem comprises a ship fresh water system, water source well water, a seawater treatment system, a seawater desalination treatment system and a water supply system of a crude oil terminal treatment plant.
4. The intelligent marine oilfield water service system of claim 1, wherein: the sewage treatment subsystem contains the collection and the processing of operation waste water, marine oil field produced water, domestic sewage, filter backwash water, switching blowdown water and mud, operation waste water includes abandonment drilling mud, pickling flowback liquid, completion fluid, workover fluid and flushing fluid, mud includes: scum and bottom sludge generated by various sewage.
5. The intelligent marine oilfield water service system of claim 1, wherein: the produced water of the offshore oilfield is from the produced water types of operation modes such as self-blowing, water-driving, chemical-driving, gas-driving, thermal recovery and the like, and the domestic sewage comprises the treatment of black water and grey water.

The intelligent marine oilfield water service system of claim 1, wherein: the chemical agent subsystem comprises a coagulant, a flocculating agent, a gas flotation agent, a filter aid, a corrosion inhibitor, an antiscaling agent, a bactericide, an acid, an alkali, an oxidant and the like, and the reinjection water and injection-production subsystem comprises a reinjection water offshore flow, a sea pipe, a water injection well and an underground oil displacement flow. The reinjection water comprises chemical flooding water, water flooding water, thermal recovery water and other types of water.

The intelligent marine oilfield water service system of claim 1, wherein: the data center (3) comprises a storage center, an expert database and a multimedia database, the storage center is provided with a data screening module, and the intelligent control system (4) comprises a control module, a simulation module, a diagnosis module and an early warning module.

The intelligent marine oilfield water service system of claim 1, wherein: the intelligent control system (4) comprises a simulation module, wherein the simulation module comprises a waste drilling mud purification model, a coagulation flocculation model, a gas flotation model, a filtration model, a corrosion protection model, a scaling trend prediction model, a bacteria inhibition model, an advanced oxidation model, an aeration tank model, a biomembrane model, a reverse osmosis filtration model, a multi-effect evaporation model, a water injection model, a chemical agent model and the like, all the models are dynamically updated, and the control module in the intelligent control system further comprises a flow automatic control unit, a chemical agent automatic control unit and a same-layer injection and production unit.
9. The intelligent marine oilfield water service system of claim 1, wherein: the service system further comprises: the information storage unit is electrically connected with the user interface display unit, the user interface display unit is electrically connected with the communication unit, and the communication unit is respectively connected with the access authority information management system, the information processing terminal and the imaging device.
