Abstract
L’invention concerne une machine de dialyse comportant une ligne artérielle (L1), une ligne veineuse (L2), un dialyseur (100), une ligne d’évacuation (62) de dialysat, et une unité de pilotage (10) configurée pour exécuter une phase de rinçage de circuit extracorporel en faisant circuler du sérum physiologique dans le compartiment sang du dialyseur et les lignes artérielles et veineuse, et une phase d’élimination d’air dans le dialyseur, qui comprend la fermeture de la circulation dans la ligne veineuse (L2) et dans la ligne d’évacuation (62); et la circulation de dialysat depuis une source d’alimentation (40) en dialysat à travers le compartiment sang (12) et la ligne artérielle (L1).
