Abstract
Μία συνεζευγμένη χρωστική, περιέχει 3-μεθυλ-2-βενζοθειαζολινονο υδραζόνη (ΜΤΒΗ) και 8-ανιλινο-1-ναφθαλινοσουλφονική ένωση (ANS), χρησιμοποιείται ως δείκτης σε μίασειρά αντιδράσεων που παράγουν ένα ισχυρό οξειδωτικόπαράγοντα όπως υπεροξείδιο του υδρογόνου ή άλλα υπεροξείδια ήυπερβορικές ενώσεις. Ο ισχυρός οξειδωτικός παράγων αντιδρά μετην συζυγική χρωστική δια να παραγάγει μία μπλέ χρωστικήένωση. Η συζυγιακή χρωστική ΜΤΒΗ-ANS παρουσιάζει ισχυρά καιεπίπεδο φασματική απορρόφηση στην περιοχή περίπου 600 έως 650νανομέτρα. Την περιοχή αυτή δεν την επηρεάζουν οι χρωστικέςτου αίματος και έτσι καθίσταται δυνατή μία μέτρηση τηςγλυκόζης και άλλων αναλυτών που αντιδρούν με το ένζυμοοξειδάσης προς παραγωγή του ισχυρού οξειδωτικού παράγοντοςδια χρησιμοποιήσεως οπτικών LTD επακριβώς άνευ πολλής οπτικήςκλιμακώσεως. Περαιτέρω τα ΜΤΒΗ και ANS είναι πολύ διαλυτά ειςτο υδατικό διάλυμα, αλλά καθίστανται αδιάλυτα μετά τηνοξειδωτική σύζευξη. Η μικρα διαλυτότης περιορίζει στοελάχιστον την εξασθένιση της χρωστικής και έτσι δίδει ένασταθερό τελικό σημείο.ωA conjugate dye, containing 3-methyl-2-benzothiazolinone hydrazone (MTBH) and 8-anilino-1-naphthalenesulfonate (ANS), is used as an indicator in a series of reactions that produce a strong oxidizing agent such as hydrogen peroxide or other peroxides or hyperboric compounds. The strong oxidizing agent reacts with the conjugate dye to produce a blue dye compound. The MTBH-ANS conjugate dye exhibits strong and flat spectral absorption in the region of approximately 600 to 650 nanometers. This region is not affected by blood pigments and thus it becomes possible to measure glucose and other analytes that react with the enzyme oxidase to produce the strong oxidizing agent using LTD optics precisely without much optical scaling. Furthermore, MTBH and ANS are very soluble in aqueous solution, but become insoluble after oxidative coupling. Low solubility minimizes dye attenuation and thus gives a stable end point.
