(B) Conventional technology A conventional oiling device of this type is disclosed, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-2953.
As disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2 (1994), an oil receiving tray is provided in an oil tank to be supplied with petroleum fuel from a cartridge tank, and a filter is provided on an inner bottom surface thereof so as to cover an oil supply port provided in a bottom wall of the oil receiving tray. Have been placed. By the way, since this filter is usually fixed to the oil pan by bonding or welding, if the filter is damaged during cleaning, it is necessary to replace not only the filter but also the oil pan. It was very uneconomical.

Therefore, in recent years, a filter has been commercialized in which the filter is removably attached to the oil pan, and when the filter is damaged, only the filter needs to be replaced. Next, this conventional apparatus will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. FIG. That is, (a) is the bottom wall (b)
The oil receiving tray (a) is made of oil-resistant synthetic resin, and the oil receiving tray (a) has an outer peripheral edge of the oil receiving port (c). And a plurality of inverted L-shaped locking projections (d) and (d) project upward from the bottom wall (b). (E) is a filter in which a plurality of notches (f) and (f) are formed on the outer peripheral edge thereof.
The edges of the oil receiving tray (a) with the locking projections (d)
By being locked to (d), it can be detachably attached to the inner bottom of the oil receiving tray (a) so as to cover the oil filler port (c).

(D) Means for Solving the Problems The present invention comprises a bottomed cylindrical oil pan having an oil supply port on a bottom wall, and a filter removably attached to the inner bottom of the oil pan. A plurality of wedge-shaped locking projections are provided on the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the tray at a predetermined distance from the bottom wall, and the filter is made of an elastic material, and the inner bottom of the oil tray is provided. It is formed in a disk shape having an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the disk, and is further inserted into a position below the locking projection to lock an outer peripheral edge thereof to the plurality of locking projections. The configuration is such that the oil receiving tray is held in such a shape as to abut on both the inner surface of the bottom wall and the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the oil pan.

The filter is made of a material having elasticity, and is formed in a disk shape having an outer diameter larger than the diameter of the inner bottom of the oil receiving tray. By locking the outer peripheral edge of the filter to the plurality of locking projections, the filter is held in such a shape as to abut on both the inner surface of the bottom wall and the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the oil receiving tray. The inner surface of the peripheral wall can be elastically intimately contacted over both surfaces, so that a gap is prevented from being formed between the filter and the inner surface of the oil receiving tray. Therefore, even small dust can be reliably received by the filter.

Since a plurality of wedge-shaped locking projections are provided on the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the oil receiving tray at a predetermined interval from the bottom wall,
The filter is stably held on the inner bottom of the oil pan simply by climbing over the plurality of locking projections, so that the filter can be easily attached.

Next, attachment of the filter (12) to the oil pan (4) will be described. First, insert the filter (12) into the oil pan (4) so that it is parallel to the bottom wall (4A) of the oil pan (4), and push the valve up into the center hole (13) of the filter (12). When the pin (6) is inserted, the entire periphery of the filter (12) is bent upward and pressed against the inner surface of the oil pan (4). In this state, when the filter (12) is further pushed into the bottom wall (4A) side of the oil pan (4), the periphery of the filter (12) spreads downward and gets over the wedge-shaped locking projection (8). In this state, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper edge of the outer periphery of the filter (12) is locked by the plurality of locking projections (8), (8), and the oil pan (4)
Of the bottom wall (4A) and the inner surface of the peripheral wall (4B).

A plurality of wedge-shaped locking projections extending downward at predetermined intervals are provided, and the filter is made of a material having elasticity, and has an outer diameter dimension larger than a diameter of an inner bottom portion of the oil pan. The bottom surface of the oil receiving tray and the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the oil receiving tray are formed by inserting into a position below the locking protrusion and locking the outer peripheral edge thereof to the plurality of locking protrusions. Characterized in that the lubrication device is held in a shape that abuts over both surfaces of the oil supply device.
